A hands-on French macaron workshop in Bloom’s kitchen, lasting approximately 3 hours. Learn the Italian meringue method and master macaronage, piping, baking and filling.
Halfway through, we’ll take a well-deserved break to enjoy a beautiful Bloom High Tea with sweet and savoury treats, bubbles, tea and coffee, before returning to the kitchen to finish your macarons and box them up to take home.
Please allow approximately 3 hours for the workshop, as finishing time may vary slightly depending on the size of the group.
