In a warm and relaxed setting, you’ll learn how to whisk, pipe, and fill your own batch of delicate French macarons. Each session is paired with a dreamy high tea by Bloom – bubbles, coffee or tea, and sweet & savoury bites to enjoy along the way.

Workshops are held throughout the year in carefully chosen venues around Waikato, each setting selected to complement the calm, hands-on rhythm of French patisserie.

Private Workshops.
Make your next occasion unforgettable with a private macaron workshop. Perfect for hens parties, birthdays, team events, or simply sharing a beautiful experience with friends.
Available for groups of 5 or more, we can bring the workshop to you (depending on your kitchen facilities), or you’re welcome to book one of our partner venues.
