In a warm and relaxed setting, you’ll learn how to whisk, pipe, and fill your own batch of delicate French macarons. Each session is paired with a dreamy high tea by Bloom – bubbles, coffee or tea, and sweet & savoury bites to enjoy along the way.
Workshops are held throughout the year in carefully chosen venues around Waikato, each setting selected to complement the calm, hands-on rhythm of French patisserie.
Watch this space – Bloom’s kitchen is currently being relocated, with a beautiful new space in the making, designed to host our workshops in-house. This next chapter will also open the door to new workshop styles, like choux pastry and other refined French gourmet sweets.
